Yet another pen!

Keep it to yourself: (Nearly) all trade show visitors can be swayed with a small gift. A gadget. A knick-knack. Or whatever you want to call it, - as long as it makes it into the big bag that lands on the kitchen table that evening. And as long as it’s somehow commemorative of the conversation the visitor had with you at the stand.

Before you stock up on “Veurnse potjesvlees”, a type of aspic or “Lokerse paardenworst,” horsemeat sausages, keep in mind: the point of your small gift is to appeal to as wide an audience as possible. That includes people who aren’t keen on (horse)meat or rabbit. So maybe go for something sweet.

Belgian chocolates and pralines are internationally renowned. An excellent opportunity to shine internationally - especially if the packaging is customised to reflect your company’s identity. Maybe you can charm your visitor with more locally produced sweets. “Antwerpse handjes,” hand-shaped biscuits? “Gentse neuzen,” nose-shaped candy?

“Halse krotten,” a type of crumbly candy? “West-Vlaamse lukken,” a type of wafer biscuit? As long as it’s not another pen!
